Underground Specialties was awarded the 2011 Award of Construction Excellence from the Windsor Construction Association for their McDougall Avenue Road Rehab IV project. After assisting the City of Windsor with the design, over 200 of our Limestone Blocks were used to assemble this beautiful wall. Dunn Paving was the contractor.
